The Founder

Natalia Silvestre

An early fascination with science and a passion for food compelled Natalia to pursue a nutrition degree. Later on, she was drawn to the social aspects of nutrition education and health advocacy.

A Colombian-born Canadian, Natalia lived in Venezuela, Toronto, San Diego, settling in Vancouver in 2014. Her avid appetite for continual education and experience have evolved her practice. “Nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle,” she explains, “to cultivate a healthy, fulfilling life, we must look at the full picture.” Natalia sets you up for a journey of health and vitality, from sleep to nutrition, physical activity to mindfulness and habit development.

Health & Wellness Retreats

Family, couple, women’s, and other group retreats are an incredible way to connect, decompress and immerse yourself. However, retreats will be back up and running hopefully soon, so let’s talk.
